vpintiandVincent-Michael b2c5bd8298 fix(Scripts/Brewfest): Fix barking quest texts (#27922) 
The Bark for... dailies used hardcoded strings: T'chali's Voodoo Brewery reused Drohn's Distillery lines with the name swapped, and the Barleybrew and Thunderbrew lines were invented. Use the broadcast_text lines of each brewery instead, so they are also localized.

Broadcast text IDs from TrinityCore (a6a23a73af, b74ef3f3ca, 758b8ee164).

Closes #27882
