Benjamin JacksonandClaude 272915e368 fix(Scripts/Ulduar): Board Flame Leviathan riders on free seats and keep turrets attackable (#27854) ...

Landing on a seat now activates two turrets as seen in sniff regardless of difficulty.
Turrets now manually clear their evade state (vehicle seats are weird).
Turrets are still attackable after the rider dismounts (again, seen in sniff).
Adjusted some flag usages to more match sniffed behavior.
